Exchange & Return
We ship via USPS or UPS in most of the continental US. Once an order leaves our warehouse, there may be service delays with the shipper that are outside of our control. Once shipped, transit time ranges from 1-5 business days depending on shipping location within the US. Please reach out to us at email@example.com if you need an update on status of an order shipment.
Our system generates automatic notifications with order updates and tracking information. Please provide an email address in order to be able to receive the updates. Please also make sure the emails are not blocked by your email server or labeled as “spam”.
Due to the nature of the products and hygienic concerns, all mask products are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
